Apple says, As a reminder, the Apple Worldwide Developer Relations Certification Authority Intermediate Certificate expires on February 14, 2016 and the renewed intermediate certificate must be included in all new Apple Wallet Pass signatures by this date.
To make sure that your customers can install new passes, update and test your pass server with the renewed certificate. Passes deployed before February 14 will continue to work. To learn more, visit the certificate expiration support page and review the Wallet Developer Guide.
